Why does this exist

This exists to round up all of the constant languages on this wiki, and maybe off this wiki as well. It has been proposed that this directory should be merged with Constant language just like Trivial brainfuck substitution and Trivial deadfish substitution in accordance with Esolang:2026 topicality proposal and some surrounding discussion which states that similar pages will be merged.
