Esolang talk:Featured languages

In order to try to get this going again, it'd help to have a checklist of the steps involved in featuring a language. Can anyone figure out what they are? Here are the ones I'm aware of:

1. Edit Esolang:Featured languages/Recent to add the previously featured language (and consider dropping older entries if the list gets long)
2. Edit Esolang:Featured languages#Archive to archive the blurb from the previously featured language
3. Edit Esolang:Featured languages/Current with blurb about the language (this updates the main page automatically)
4. Edit the article itself with {{featured language}} at the top

5. Edit Esolang:Featured languages/Candidates to remove the newly featured language.

The next change in the featured language is scheduled to 2024-06-16, so that Thue doesn't become having been featured longer than brainfuck. – b_jonas 10:36, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
