I vote we create this page. It would outline rules like:
- No personal pages outside of the User namespace
- Pages in the main namespace are restricted to esolangs, esoteric algorithms, esoteric data structures, libraries, famous creators, and programs (like implementations of esolangs and programs for esolangs and such)
- Where should a user put a page they want to create (Possibly move this to a page such as Esolang:Help/Page Creation Location)
- Be respectful to other users
