Nope. derivatives derive from Nope.. An esolang is a Nope. derivative only if it doesn't process the source code and just print the same thing all the time, or the author just claims that it is a derivative of Nope.. An esolang that does nothing, like APLWSI, is also considered a Nope. derivative.
Nope. itself is considered a Nope. derivative as well.
