In the first paragraph of your user page, you refer to yourself in the third person, but after that, you refer to yourself in the first person. You ought to pick one convention and stick to it.... -- Smjg 01:52, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I use both ways when I refer to myself. And I thought user pages were kind of free ares from conventions. :) But maybe I could edit it at some point, if it's that disturbing. --Keymaker 10:55, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Links

Your other languages also seem to have broken links. --Ørjan 19:07, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

Fixed now... All my links to my old host should be fixed too as eventually the old space will disappear and along with that the redirecting script or whatever I currently have there... (That's why most esoprogram links to my old site still work.) --Keymaker 20:22, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
The page http://yiap.nfshost.com/ itself doesn't seem to exist. --Ørjan 21:16, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I know, a new version of the site isn't done yet! --Keymaker 21:36, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
A new version is done... It can be found behind the link above. --Keymaker 14:43, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

Serial vandal

Ejuzarih is wreaking utter havoc right now. (I'm sending this to all the sysops so whoever gets this message first can block.) -- Smjg 00:35, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Thanks... Too bad I was a bit too late for that one -- but not too late for the next one... I hope there won't be more of them. --Keymaker 16:33, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
For future reference, if someone is flooding Recent Changes, you can unflood it again by accessing their contributions, adding "?bot=1" or "&bot=1" as appropriate to the end of the URL, and only then clicking all the rollback links (it can't be done after the rollback's already happened). This hides both their changes and your rollbacks from recent changes by default (and as such, is only available for admins). This might help if there's future similar vandalism. --ais523 12:47, 25 November 2010 (UTC)

Protecting pages

Hi, do you have the power to protect pages on here? If so, would you mind at least semi-protecting Main Page and Language list? These two pages are major targets of vandalism by spammers. And for this reason I think you'll find it's both unusual and inadvisable to have no protection at all on the main page of any wiki. — Smjg (talk) 17:02, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

Aeolbonn

Hi Keymaker -- out of curiosity, why do you say you shouldn't have done Aeolbonn? Also, is there any way to contact you other than this wiki? (You can email me your email address if you like -- mine's cpressey at that webmail site that Google runs.) Chris Pressey (talk) 19:09, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

With that language I don't feel the kind of connection I have to my other languages (haha, whatever that means). It's partly the language's name to blame -- one thinks it promises something impressive based on properties of natural numbers but the only property it cares about is whether a number is odd and even. I'll e-mail you within an hour. :) --Keymaker (talk) 18:15, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
