Interpreter

The given interpreter doesn't run on this Wiki because it only runs on MediaWiki 1.4.10. (I tested this on Wikipedia; x1 is the name given to a temporary test template.) ais523 12:25, 28 Jun 2006 (UTC)

CSS TC comparison

Is this language Turing complete in exactly the same way CSS is (maybe controversially) Turing complete? As in: language + a human, or some other 'crank' (to execute clicks) is TC, or is Wiki Cyclic Tag on firmer ground? I had a memory of there being a wiki based language that required a human / at least some minimal external interaction to make it TC, but I'm not sure from the article page whether this is it.
