Language Name

The article contains both Nythop and Nyhtop as the name of the language. Which one is the correct name for the language? Btw, the logo is very similar to that of Python, is it derived from the Python logo? If it is, then it is probably not public domain. --None1 (Nope.) 04:33, 13 November 2024 (UTC)

The Nythop and Nyhtop thing could be chalked down as a simple typo, but the logo concerns are too big to be ignored. DifferentDance8 (talk) 07:44, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
Indeed, the logo problem is serious. Python's logo is not only copyrighted but also a trademark, but I'm surprised that no admin has been responding to that. --None1 (Nope.) 14:49, 14 November 2024 (UTC)
I fixed the typos; thank you for pointing them out. Regarding the logo, according to Python's Trademark Usage, it should mostly be fine. The languages don’t share the same name (Python vs. Nyhtop), and the logo is derived from the original without being used for commercial purposes. As stated in the Trademark Usage FAQ: --Luxedo (talk) 23:46, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

A number of very nice designs have been "inspired by but not derived from" the Python "two snakes" logo. It is possible to make something that is abstractly suggestive of the Python logo, but does not actually use any of it's trademarked shape. A very good example of this is an older PyCon China logo:
