I can't see any reason why our top-of-article notes need to be anything other than the standard indented-and-italic – it's clear enough and doesn't draw unnecessary attention. Normally people care more about the article than the notes on top of it. --ais523 19:01, 23 November 2025 (UTC)

User:Ractangle the <noinclude> part of the template added the template to the Category:Stubs category, and sorted it so that it would be the first link for easy discovery, though this is probably redundant to adding a link on the category itself —aadenboy (talk|contribs) 22:32, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
