the esolang is probably incomplete

i noticed some flaws when writing the wiki page draft, i propose these fixes:

  • crawler registers are indexed by preceding r before the crawler uuid
  • remove tree uuids, those are actually unused
  • channeled subprograms can apply strings that are not from trees F(x), x is a string
  • add a built-in function for destroying nodes, and maybe an another one for destroying crawlers

what do you think? Dragoneater67mobile (talk) 14:27, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

I don't see why destruction is needed(crawlers would just die when they get move out of the tree, downwards), for crawler UUID's, lets just use a separate set of symbols as a base for both the octal, and crawler UUID's. --Yayimhere2(school) (talk) 14:45, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
ok, i applied some changes, but what kind of a set, perhaps, chinese characters? or smth else? Dragoneater67mobile (talk) 15:23, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
also, crawlers cant move out of bounds, they only can move to a child node that they just created, but i like your idea, in which case, G(x) could be split into G(x), which only creates and M(x)(y), which moves crawler x to node y, that would also fix the problem of node uuids being unused Dragoneater67mobile (talk) 15:25, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
Works for me!!! I think using Chinese would be nice! Though at that point digits should just be replaced with the first nine letters of the greek alphabet, then everythings alphabetical. Also, unrelated, but I like [] over (), would it be fine with you to replace em? --Yayimhere2(school) (talk) 16:36, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
excellent!1!!11!!! feel free to edit the page to explain how the new alphabets are used --dragoneater67 contribs talk 10:57, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
