User:Aadenboy/Sentence

Sentence is an esoteric programming language devised by User:Aadenboy inspired by the concept of infinitely long non-run-on sentences through the correct use of grammar and punctuation (of which this lede will also demonstrate); the concept of the language is similar to the definition of English and those alike it, where the program itself is simply a description of what the program should do, assuming that a) the sentence is not a run-on sentence: that is, the sentence follows the aforementioned condition (correct use of grammar and punctuation to connect clauses), b) the description clearly and unambiguously states what the program must do, and c) the sentence is a proper prose of whichever language it is implemented in, barring grammatical errors and spelling.

A+B Problem

Take input two integers from the user, A and B, then print out the result of adding A and B together.

99 bottles of beer

Count down from 99 to one, emitting lyrics for each index: the first two lines read, "N bottle(s) of beer on the wall," then, "N bottle(s) of beer," followed by, "Take one down, pass it around," and finalized with "M bottle(s) of beer on the wall" (where M is N minus one, or "No more" if N is one), using the correct plurality case where necessary.

Triangular numbers

For an infinite sequence of numbers, count up starting from 0, adding the current index to the previous term such that each index is the sum of the numbers zero to N.
