Clarification

I this is a very ​good language. I just have a few questions:

1. What does the mem ("memory") type mean?
2. Can the return keyword be used to return a value inside functions? Also, what does static mean in these examples?
3. Can functions take arguments? How can they be declared?
4. Are functions first-class?
5. In the Classes section, you print something inside a class. Is this statement a part of its constructor?
6. How can member variables of classes be declared?
7. Can I write some examples?
