your base conversion is flawed

Unfortunately, the closest thing we have to a PTS interpreter is a tired person with a lot of paper, a pen or two, and nothing better to do (me). I'll let you know when I've put together something that works! Last time I had to implement one of my languages (Surtic compiler hastily put together in Java) it took ~3 weeks to hack something together so if I don't reply in the next year then something's probably gone awry.
