Please don't recover the examples on Keg (yet)
If you want to recover the examples on Keg, please don't; @DJMcMayhem♦ created a contest on CGCC. I posted a Keg cop, and I don't want others to cheat. You can still navigate through the history, though.--A (The reason FORTRAN has a three-way branch – IF (ABC) 1,2,3 – is because the machine had a three-way branch, and that way they could generate that in a single instruction.) 14:45, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
- User: A, could you send me a link to this contest? I'd like to enter it.Areallycoolusername (talk) 15:01, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you! I wouldn't have thought of that, so keep the examples off for as long as you need! JonoCode9374 (talk) 00:01, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- Link; you will not like it, as I tried to make my posts as tedious as possible. --A (The reason FORTRAN has a three-way branch – IF (ABC) 1,2,3 – is because the machine had a three-way branch, and that way they could generate that in a single instruction.) 03:15, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- Erm, one problem... I just realised the fibonacci example is still in the repository files... JonoCode9374 (talk) 07:17, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- That is fine, they could still access these files in the repository history. (I will recover all my examples now.) --A (The reason FORTRAN has a three-way branch – IF (ABC) 1,2,3 – is because the machine had a three-way branch, and that way they could generate that in a single instruction.) 07:30, 11 July 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for your patience; @tomsmending has found a short Fibonacci-number-calculating code snippet:

- I gave it an up vote! JonoCode9374 (talk) 11:23, 11 July 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for the info on String compression, JonoCode9374! I'll try to look into base-255. Areallycoolusername (talk) 14:53, 10 August 2019 (UTC) Where did you come to learn about base-255? That could help get some more info. Areallycoolusername (talk) 19:45, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
- From tips for golfing in 05AB1E Hey, that's a good meme! JonoCode9374 (talk) 21:33, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
I basically feel that all of the new operators in Keg are rubbish. You know, Teg does better than Keg only at lyrics-printing. (If you don't believe that, take a look at the truth-machine, which is significantly longer than Keg's.) ----(this comment by A at 12:34, 1 January 2016 UTC; please sign your comments with ~~~~) 03:45, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
(I feel like mentioning W, so) W is an unestablished language created also based on the idea of Keg. However, I also want W to actually compete with other well-established languages. (I feel glad that you are not offended by W.) ----(this comment by A at 12:34, 1 January 2016 UTC; please sign your comments with ~~~~) 03:50, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
I apologize that I was indeed a bit rude, because I haven't learnt the concept of rudeness back then. ----(this comment by A at 12:34, 1 January 2016 UTC; please sign your comments with ~~~~) 03:56, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
Everything's alright now! Hey, that's a good meme! JonoCode9374 (talk) 06:07, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
