You cannot save this edit in its current state, because of the following issue: it contains a link to a userpage (a page in the User: namespace), but the destination of the link is hidden (in violation of policy).
In order to save the edit, edit the link so that the destination is not hidden: write the link as [[User:name]] (with no separate display text), rather than using the [[User:name|display text]] form.
