Overview

The program is a cyclic grid of instructions. There is a program counter initially placed on the top right and facing right. There are 2 unbounded nonnegative integer registers initialized to 0: A and B. At each step, the program counter executes the instruction its placed on, then moves 1 step in its direction.

`	Rotate the program counter 90 degrees clockwise.
