I Refuse

I Refuse is an esoteric programming language made by User:Hexahedron1 that refuses to output what you wait it to and instead outputs anything but whatever you want it to.

To write a program in the language, simply enter its intended output:

Hello, World!

But the language will output

H/59a

The output uses the program as its seed.

It is theoretically possible to output the thing you need, but you would need to find the correct seed which is extremely hard to do.
