ITERATE

ITERATE is a programming language designed to be almost as powerful as popular programming languages without actually being Turing complete. It was introduced in a YouTube video by User:Truttle1 in 2022 to debunk the popular YouTube videos falsely claiming that a program that can do basic addition is Turing complete. In many ways it is like the Douglas Hofstadter BlooP language, with all loops being finite.
