Fallacy is an esoteric programming language by User:GenericSnow, in about a day. It was inspired by brainfuck and is the first in the alphabetical esolangs.
Overview
Fallacy operates exclusively on tokens, this means that it will only ever parse and execute token-by-token.
It only has 16 keywords, it runs with two flags and as much information as you can stuff into a script.
| Keyword | Function |
|---|---|
startscr |
Script starter, required |
endscr |
Script ender, required |
def |
Defines a variable |
init |
Initializes a variable to the provided argument |
chkdef |
Checks if a variable is defined, sets the defined tag to true if it is, based on the provided argument |
chk0 |
Checks if a variable is zero, sets the zero flag to true if it is, based on the provided argument |
ify |
Checks if the last result of a check was true, if not, jumps |
ifn |
Checks if the last result of a check was false, if not, jumps |
endbl |
Ends a block, on ify and ifn |
markln |
Marks that token with an identifier |
jmp |
Jumps to either a mark or a specified line |
out |
Prints a variable or number, or multiple of either, set the last token as "ascii" to print out the provided numbers in ASCII |
end |
Exclusive to out, tells it when to stop printing out numbers |
addvar |
Adds an amount to a variable |
subvar |
Removes an amount from a variable |
getusrinput |
Grabs one input from the user, acts similarly to the init keyword |
