93
93 is a joke esolang by user:raiseafloppafan7741 in 2026 designed to be a nuisance to Esofish implementors. Its true purpose is to force Esofish implementors to implement negative number esolangs and 256.
Overview
93 is a typical stack-based language. However, the stack contains unbounded integers that can only be zero or negative. Positive values emerging simply cause the program to halt.
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
0"<base64>"
Pop the top of the stack, then decode the given string from Base64, retrieve that program, and run it in the language of the popped number. If the number esolang is unclaimed, then it is treated as a constant language as per 6. If multiple number esolangs share the same name, the behavior is undefined. |
1
Push -1 to the stack. |
2
Pop two numbers and push their sum. |
3
Pop two numbers and push the difference between the first one and the second one. As per above, positive results will halt the program. |
4
Pop two numbers, multiply them, and push the negative product. |
5
Pop two numbers n and a and push a ^ |n|. 0 raised to 0 is defined as 1.
6
Pop two numbers from the stack and push them in the order that they were popped. |
7
Pop a number from the stack and print it as a byte modulo 256. |
8
Pop a number from the stack and if it is zero, jump to the corrsesponding 9.
9
Jump back to the corresponding 8.
A
Pop a number and push it twice. |
B"<base64>"
Decode the given string from Base64 and execute it as a 256 program. |
Computational class
93 is a push-down automaton. However, it could be Turing-complete or uncomputable if there appears a negative number esolang that is Turing-complete or uncomputable.
