What should we do with this page's "implementation" status (as well as all the other languages where their only impementations were on Glitch)? Because TECHNICALLY at ONE stage in time it WAS implemented, but now that glitch stopped doing hosting, it's no longer implemented. --DifferentDance8 (talk) 04:29, 12 August 2025 (UTC)

I've used the word "defunct" to describe other such situations. For example, although CHR or Zephyr ASDL are definitely implemented, the reference implementations are long gone. However, it's still possible for other folks to implement it from specification. Another example is Game of Life, which never had a published reference implementation, and always had to be implemented from spec. A related issue is that most languages on the wiki are underspecified. Corbin (talk) 05:04, 12 August 2025 (UTC)
