Would this be considered part of the Poetic family? hotcrystal0 19:23, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- I wouldn't say so. With the exceptions of Slam and 诗(islptng), languages in the Poetic family are direct derivatives (or slight modifications) of existing languages -- with an encoding of commands as word lengths, of course. For example, Poetic itself is a brainfuck (properly, l33t) derivative.
- While I was inspired by Whitespace in designing the VM for Bespoke, Bespoke is not a carbon copy of Whitespace in the same way that Poetic was a carbon copy of l33t. So if I'm allowed to be a bit prescriptivist about it, I wouldn't exactly call Bespoke a member of the Poetic family. --WinslowJosiah (talk) 07:52, 12 September 2025 (UTC)
