How does a Minsky Machine to 8ial only *maybe* prove 8ial TC? if you can make any Minsky Machine program in 8ial, it is TC, as minsky machines are.

i thought 16 registers wouldn't be enoght to make it fully turing complete, but then i rememberd that Minsky Machine is turing complete with just two intergers, so...
