Not hundred

Not hundred is an esolang created by User:Yayimhere, based off of the two command concatenative language defined on the Underload page. it was created to be the "across" language in a specific combo of Along and Across. In Not hundred, all binary strings are valid as a program.

Memory

Memory is an infinite string of bits, read one bit at a time. This bit string can be gotten from any source, however that is not specified in Not hundred programs. Every bit read is pushed onto the stack. this is after a single command has been ran.

Command specification

A program loops until an error happens, or the stack gets empty. Below are all the commands available:
