Flippocalypse
Flippocalypse is an esolang by User:ChuckEsoteric08 created in spring of 2022 but published only in 2026.
Description
Language works with a binary right-infinite tape, initially made out of zeroes. It has following instructions:
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
* |
Flip current bit. |
> |
Move right. |
< |
Move left. |
? |
Jump to the start of a program if current cell is 0. |
! |
Jump to the start of a program if current cell is 1. |
Additionally there is optional . which outputs current bit.
Computational class
Flippocalypse is probably Turing-complete, in fact ! instruction is likely not needed for that. This is unproven however. Likely construction would probably use some cells as triggers, which, if they were 1, would cancel out some of the code before it.
