Dimensional Question

Do the dimension numbers start at 1? If so, what happens when one attempts to add or subtract from the 0th coordinate?

Regardless, I implemented Dimensional by zero-based indexing the dimensions. If you want me to change it to one-based indexing, edit my user talk page.
