Colin Theri and his family, Kathy, and Elise from Contractors 2 will likely appear sometime in IoM after the interview.

The goal is to be able to translate the first two paragraphs in the first OotT story to Eüxseq:

12 March 2031 - Hey, Mu here, law enforcement locked me in this box, that's why I'm not at base.
  This seems awfully strong, like, man. There's like 50 guys guarding me, so I think they think I'm a serious deal.

14 March 2031 - I didn't even do anything wrong. I was just out hunting and got arrested.
  I honestly don't know why I didn't break out right then.
  This box is not large, and somehow so strong I haven't been able to claw through it normally.

Two things about Aleph not wanting attention:
If Aleph lives in the Box Den and not a regular house or apartment building, won’t that draw attention to her place of residence?
Similarly, Aleph doing her thing to mine bitcoin may raise suspicion and draw attention to her.

1. That is a good point and something I need to think about: I do know that I want her to do a lot of work with boxes, and I do want her place of residence itself to be made of boxes, simply because we turn the box from a source of suffering into a place of hospitality for the Transformed. My original reasoning for choosing the location of the Box Den went like this: Aleph and Iota basically showed near-complete dominance over that location: Aleph turned the Whop into a crater, with the side effect of blowing up the eight guards that attempted to put her under arrest, and when more guards managed to finally put her into a catch-22, Iota stepped in to murder them all. Surely no one would dare to step foot near that place, other than Aleph and the Transformed right? Apparently not. According to Epsilon, this crater is now a tourist attraction so um. This *will* require me to do a lot of thinking: Aleph could attempt to just build her base somewhere else, but at the same time I must admit that I like the idea of that location turning from a Transformed torture chamber into a Transformed safe space; while I am willing to let it go, the next question would then be where she'd build her base instead. No matter where, it is going to draw attention, and like I said, I really am attached to the "box den" idea, simply because we turn the box from a source of suffering into a place of hospitality for the Transformed.

I too like this idea, but unfortunately that gets in the way. What if she just buys a normal house which is listed as her official place of residence but frequently does her thing in the Box Den? hotcrystal0 23:19, 4 July 2025 (UTC)

Does she need an official place of residence in OotT? If she doesn't have one, then she still officially doesn't live in the Box Den. Thus, she can just use her BW home instead. The apartment idea is fun, but feels like an additional moving part, and I feel like rent prices would be in "Bitcoin range" as opposed to "bonding with Transformed range", which while not inherently problematic, just honestly doesn't sit right with me for some reason. I assume it’s better if Aleph doesn’t have to travel between universes to get her stuff, which is why I like the apartment idea. Maybe her apartment is less of a place of residence but more of a place to do things like picking up packages. hotcrystal0 02:33, 5 July 2025 (UTC)

I looked at stuff like "Aleph is extremely protective of the Transformed thus she might want to stay in OotT as much as possible" and "it's sad that Aleph can't really bond over rent since rent appears to be in bitcoin range but there wouldn't be any rent bonding either if she simply used BW" and "transferring items between universes is relatively slow because it takes time to warp so it's better to leave that role to the cardboard box but uncardboard boxes are too heavy for Aleph to carry so she has to use BW to get them to the crater instead" and "mail exists in BW too though", but none of these seemed conclusive. Though while typing this up, I did realize that that if Aleph wants to order something that only exists in OotT, she does have to get it mailed somewhere in OotT, which means she does need to have an apartment in OotT, so...
