Turing Paint is a visual esoteric programming language in which programs are represented using images. Six colors can be used: black, white, red, green, yellow, and blue. It is designed to be easy to learn and images can be created using any graphics editor. Programs can be hand-drawn without the need for any pixel fine-tuning. Programs can be run directly on the Turing Paint website.
Turing Paint is Turing-complete.
