Togglo

Togglo Is an esoteric programming language created By User:Buckets in 2021.

Commands	Instructions
1	Create 4 IPs from All Diagonals in The Diagonal Directions, If an IP interacts With it, Then It will Move that IP One of the Combonations of The Directions it is made from by One But Toggles between The X and the Y.
2	Rotate Between Going up-Left, Right-Up, Down-Right and left-Down -wards, Except If multiple IPs Meet In the Same Space As this one, So if Two IPs Meet, Their Directions Will Be swapped, but If more than Two IPs meet, Then they will go the Opposite direction that They were Originally going.
3	If the Current IP's cell Tape is Zero, Then move it by One Left On The tape and Move the IP Right in the Space, Else it will Move Right In the Tape But Do nothing in the space.
4	Toggle Between Setting the Input value on the current Cell of The Current IP on the Space and Printing that Number in ASCII.
5	If The current IP shares the Same space with Another IP, Both IP's current Cell will be Added by One, If not, The Current IP will be Subtracted by one.
0	Skips The next Command but only Once.

Anything else will Destroy The IP and Every new IP has the Left-Up first then The Down-left Second, right-up Third and finally Right-Down Is Last In the Tetra-cell Where The most Top near IPs that Were Created have more Priorities And more first.
