Random Number Generation and Banned Polynomials

How do you generate the random numbers based on time? I tried to check the interpreter, but it said the link was dead.
Also wondering if polynomials like 0x2+(1/n)x-1 = 0 (giving x = n) are allowed, because they would make it pretty easy to bypass the sums constraint. Tetrapyronia (talk) 14:15, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
