Given the stack 1 2 3 (where 3 is the top element), would rotate up result in the stack 3 1 2?

No, that would be rotating down. Rotating up would be 2 3 1. A way to memorize them is “Move bottom value UP” for rotating up, and “Move Top value DOWN” for rotating down. AmNow (talk) 10:12, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
