SolveCGCC is a programming language invented by User:PlaceReporter99 (talk) that is capable of solving any challenge on CGCC. Given a program, the bytes inside are converted from base 256 to decimal, then it executes the code (using the optimal algorithm if applicable) necessary to solve the challenge with that question ID. If the question does not exist or is not a challenge requiring code, it will raise an error.
