SiacB, aka siacB v2, is a python esotaric programming language that PartehTheEsolangDev rewrote from it's previous owner, PyGamer0.

The syntax goes as follows:

WAKEY WAKEY = Start
BEDTIME = End
sciab::test = HWorld
sciab::lennyshrug = "¯\_(ツ)_/¯" aka the lenny face shrug
sciab::arnoldc = A reference to ArnoldC's beginning line: "IT'S SHOWTIME".
sciab::changelog = the changelog
