Repetition Legitimizes is a joke esolang created by Larho#9031 with only 2 commands. It has a memory of infinite cells that overflow once the value in them goes over 255. Once the program ends, it will print the entire memory as ASCII characters.

Loop Counter
This program counts the number of times a loop has been executed, incepting each iteration by querying the user for a byte. If the input equals zero (0), the loop continues another time; otherwise the program is terminated. The tally of repetitions will be stored in the second cell, and its corresponding ASCII character reverberates as the second character of the output. Please ignore the first and third characters printed — the former used to maintain the loop state, while the latter constitutes a byproduct of the loop demarcations around !!!?!!!
in order to not pollute the two other cells in use.
