Never Twice the Same (NTSC)

"Never Twice the Same (NTSC)" esolang concept:

consider the finite field under oxfoi (2^{64}-2^{32}+1).

a flat data field (abstractly: imagine a television signal with absolute fidelity where such a signal represents the encoded flat data) which requires a practically secure computation via neural-net inference (a network system which can be thought of as a new "color TV") which, with respect to the engineering standards of the United States, are colloquially known as "Never Twice the Same (NTSC)."

so as not to permit physical interference this field will be considered arbitrary under the constant "oxfoi"

the goal of efficiency in this context is both to implement modularity and to be practical given a full-scale database and its junctions.

The sender (unmodulated signal) can fuzz the information into a binary format. A neural-network tasked with making inferences about the function of a given signal is forced to reduce the information to a binary format due to the constraints of the field under oxfoi whereas a sender is not required to do so because the flat data field is arbitrary.
