What and why

Index php is a random idea ↑ had in mind (kinda) based in a Minsky machine. It's because ↑ had no idea what to do. Also, it is his second esolang in 2026!

Commands, i guess

• ADD [X] [Y]: Adds X to accumulator Y and output Y
• SUJ [X] [Y]: If Y is nonzero subtract X from Y and output Y, else jump to line X
