IBC

IBC, which stands for Impose Bill City. It was meant to never be programmed in, even though it technically is possible.

Instructions

The file will always delete itself after it is run.

Command	What it does
newline	If ever it is placed into the program, it deletes system32.
N	Does a random instruction from brainfuck.
A	It installs adware onto the computer.

Examples

Cat program

There is a 0.003% chance that

NNNNN

will become a cat program.

Turing-completeness

If you run the N command enough, it will get the program you want.

Implementations

The User MatthiasChan is currently creating a[n] interpreter for this language that will allow you to run it, and will proceed to create a Hello World program.
