Golf Cheat
In Golf Cheat, a zero bit program solves the current problem in the golf competition you are currently competing in.
A one bit program solves either the previous or next problem in the competition. A two bit program solves one of the two problems prior to the previous problem or one the two problems after the next problem. Larger programs analogously solve problems further in the past or future.
Some crazy genius might use Golf Cheat's narrow window into the future for some nefarious ends.
