Easy Cyclic Tag

Easy Cyclic Tag is a something made by User:Assembly.
There are two datas. Data 1 and Data 2.
Data 1 is the normal data string.
Data 2 is a data string supplied in a new line after the code (or as another input in some interpreters)
Commands
0: Delete the leftmost data bit of both datas.
1: If the leftmost data 1 bit is 1, then append 1 to both datas if the leftmost data 2 bit is 0 and 0 to both datas if the leftmost data 2 bit is 1. Else, append 1 to data 1.
