Undocumented Commands

These are "security commands" which are called "undocumented commands" for no reason.

E	Get input and run it through SHA-256 encryption and output the hash

Note that the S command also considers comments and itself apart of the program, unlike everything else. The S and E commands are case sensitive by the way.
