Cortex language 3 is a general term for an esolang, named after and defined by Cortex operationally defined as "any languge where ;' creates a truth machine, and all popular problems with a dedicated Esolang article (non-quine-related) can be implemented in three or fewer characters, all of which only using thirteen or fewer distinct characters."
