Anti-Plushie language/PSTF

PSTF also have another APL(Anti-Plushie Language, not that APL).

Commands

It is same as brainfuck, except:

1. If you try to output 4, then it outputs 5.
2. If you try to increment on a cell with 1, it becames 3, and vice versa.
3. If you try to output 2, then it outputs ↊.
