3 commands :)

3 commands :) is a cell-based language with 3 commands and 3 cells made by Ϫ (talk). It is designed to be as usable as possible with that limitation.

Commands

1	Increment cell 1 and put the user's input as an ASCII code into cell 2.
2	Flip the sign of the value in Cell 1. If Cell 3 isn't 0, output its value as an ASCII code. If it IS 0, then jump over the next command.
3	Shift all cells. Cell 1 is sent to cell 2, cell 2 is sent to cell 3, and cell 3 is sent to cell 1.
