{}Level 2: Director's Cut

From Esolang
Jump to navigation Jump to search
The title of this article is not correct because of technical limitations. The correct title is actually {} Level 2: Director's Cut.

{} Level 2: Director's Cut is an esolang based on {} Level 2, but it isn't ambiguous enough to be uncomputable.

Command Meaning
{} 0
{x} acc = x
{xy} If x then do y (y can be any number of commands > 0)
{{xy}} While x ≠ 0 do y (y can be any number of commands > 0)
{{{x}}} acc evaluates to x
{{}} acc
{{x}} x + 1
{{{{x}}}} acc - x

Why it's computable and {} Level 2 isn't

It lies on the evaluates to command. {} Level 2 uses {x} for both setting acc to x and evaluating acc == x. But {} Level 2: Director's Cut uses {x} for setting acc to x and {{{x}}} to evaluate acc == x. It also adds new commands.
