is an alphabet of sixteen characters. Each character is expressed as 4 bits and has a ternary bias. Furthermore, each character has properties that allow it to be mapped to a subset of English text.

was invented by David Catt (user:David.werecat) as an alternative alphabet to write esoteric languages. The actual page for the alphabet can be found here:

The number in the English mapping is the value of the character when in that subset.
