Wait is not really a programming language. When it compiles, it uses the current time to write a program and runs that program. The program can be encoded in any way, in any Turing-complete language. There has to be a way to map time and date to the program. One example is bit-encoded Brainfuck. One implementation is Sunwait, which runs on a Sun machine of some kind.

Wait was invented by Daniel B. Cristofani.
