NAND of arbitrary-length integers?

NAND of two arbitrary-length integers would have infinitely many '1' bits at the left (most-significant) side. Is it intended or the specification's bug? --Blashyrkh (talk) 13:20, 16 October 2026 (UTC)

Isn't that a negative integer? -- i  s  l  p  t  n  g  13:44, 16 October 2026 (UTC)
The recent change points out that sign and absolute value are kept separately and NANDed separately too. --Blashyrkh (talk) 14:11, 16 October 2026 (UTC)
