Language specification

The language is underspecified. The algorithm description from the Overview section does not make sense. Terms like "current instruction", "current character", "next instruction" and similar are not defined and their meaning is unclear from the context. If the provided implementations (in Python and JavaScript) are to be considered the formal specification, then the language is clearly in the BSM computational class. --Hakerh400 (talk) 08:43, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
