ATTENTION 'STOPNOTSTOP' IS LITERALLY THE WORST LANGUAGE EVER CREATED, DO NOT IMPLEMENT!!!

I will tell you few things about it.

First whatever instructions you put in it, STOPNOTSTOP with literally put into reverse, so like 'STOP' is 'POTS' but then 'GO' etc.. (always put in uppercase)
