Sipes is an esoteric programming language found in an old Notebook created by User:Buckets in 2019, User:Buckets has Completely forgotten the Instructions and Commands, The only Insight was It was created April 13th 2019, A note saying 'The interpretir can be 33 toothpicks, I think.' And yes, 'interpretir' was spelled that way and The final Insight was about the Instructions 'Pri Inp check <<num =s if=goto nextnum'.
