Perception

This is a WIP (by which I mean 'I am currently trying to see if this language is a duplicate') Esolang where the user percives the language as one that can solve the problem that they are trying to solve. This means that the language is infinately useful, as it is even more powerful than a multidimensional Turing machine, and exists in a computational class of its own; For example, one can trivially solve the halting problem with it.
